Relocation & Expansion  

Issues Addressed – Resolve had outgrown their Executive Suite space in such a manner that it had become very cost inefficient.  Knowing that they wanted to search for space in Denver’s central business district, Resolve hired Rare Space to guide them through the search and negotiation process.

Solutions Created & Presented by Rare Space – Rare Space presented a number of buildings that would work for Resolve while also staying well within their financial range.  The goal was to get the best deal with as many concessions as possible.  Any potential space to accommodate the firm’s future growth would be a bonus but not a current search criterion.  The availability of additional space would be needed in the near future for personnel growth as well as to accommodate large in-house meetings.

Benefit to Resolve, Inc. – The Rare Space team negotiated lease point in a mid-town building which ultimately gave Resolve 28% more space for the same occupancy costs as other potential buildings.  This additional space allowed Resolve to host large meetings on site as opposed to renting a facility – further increasing their savings.
